PRICING

We calculate the cost of our virtual assistant services one of three ways:

Hours Worked - Projects such as word processing, spreadsheets or document creation are calculated by the hour. 

Items Produced - Projects such as maintaining contacts, mailings or creating labels are calculated by the number of items.  Prices vary by item, but discounts are provided for larger volumes.

Retainer - This is the most popular option and by far the most cost effective.  You choose the number of hours you think best fits your needs and any number of hours over the agreed amount are billed at an additional discount.  This option puts our services at your finger tips any time you may need them.

Because each business has its own unique needs, we provide free estimates to our clients based on their project.  Please contact us today by email, phone, or fax so that we can give you a personal estimate!

ESTIMATES AND BILLING

After receiving the information we need to develop your personal estimate, we can send the completed estimate to you via email or fax.  The estimate would then need to be signed and returned to us.

Once your project is complete, we will send you an invoice via email.  Payments received are processed online through PayPal.  Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can use MasterCard or Visa to pay for your project.  PayPal will ask you to enter your personal information including a login and password to their system.  This will help keep your credit card information private and will make future orders easier and faster to process because PayPal will already have your information.  Please contact us if you have any questions about our estimates or billing process.
